Development, adaption and execution of go-to markets plans and strategies
Focusing on sell-out with our partners to drive channel sales performance
Bringing in new business through excellent retail understanding to support sell-out
Screening, search, selection and motivation of various distribution channels covering agents, distributors and franchise
Securing Brand adherence and marketing actions
Participation in fairs and industry events
Facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders
Experience from a similar position working with international sales
Strong business understanding with a true commercial mindset
Hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to handle ambiguity and be goal focused
Team player, extrovert personality and proactive with a high drive
Full fluency (written & spoken) in both Danish & English

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER, EXPORT
OUR ROLE
Are you passionate about luxury products with great heritage, craftmanship and design? Are you a skilled in developing their performance in key, must-win markets? Then this opportunity at Fiskars Group is for you. We are looking for our next Key Account Manager to grow our business in expansion markets across Europe. You will be responsible for our iconic brands, including Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen, Iittala, Moomin, and Fiskars (Kitchen & Gardening) and work the sale of their products towards our Export, Agent and Wholesaler operations within Europe.
This position is based in Glostrup, Denmark and reports to our Sales Director, Europe. This full-time role will work on a hybrid model of 3 days in office, and 2 from home. Occasional travel is expected.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
In this key role, you will grow Fiskars Group’s business in the important European expansion markets. Today, these markets are set up as a mix of G2M strategies, with a variety of customers (direct wholesale customers, agents, and distributors). You will be responsible for navigating this business from strategy to growth. You will be part of a dedicated and global team in a dynamic and ambitious environment. You will cover a variety of tasks, such as go-to-market strategies, identification of new partners, contract negotiations, selection on assortments, developing and implementing tactical and operational brand activation plans, as well as participation in international exhibitions.
You will take part in and be responsible for developing our existing business and successfully implementing our go-to-market approach with key partners. Developing our key accounts to reach better performance is key to our growth strategy. You must have a strong business acumen and stamina to further open and penetrate markets through the right go-to-market approach.
