      Position Summary

      1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.
      2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.

      Role and Responsibilities

      Role purpose

      Key Account Manager is a sales professional responsible for achieving and further developing business sales results for EBT with assigned partners and key customers within Adriatic region.

      Role & Responsibility

      • Increasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieving agreed targets
      • Collaboration with existing distributors, system integrators and opening new ones
      • Partner and end customer visit through Adriatic region
      • Opening new Business opportunities and follow up on existing ones
      • Negotiating annual contracts per account with the aim to optimize long-term value creation
      • Analyzing account profiles and potentials
      • Strategic planning and adapting conditions of sales accordingly
      • Planning sales and promotion activities
      • Setting out targets together with the customers for each store and evaluating results
      • Analyzing sales performance based on defined KPIs for each customer and setting up improvements
      • Making timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability
      • Coordination of all advertising and promotion activities within the accounts/region
      • Providing customers with products and performance trainings
      • Providing feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and activities of competitors
      • Active involvement in annual budgeting process

      Qualification/Experience

      • University degree
      • Minimum 1 years of job experience in the area of sales/account management
      • Driver's licence B category

      Knowledge

      • Upper-intermediate command of English
      • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Good knowledge of the market and good business sense
      • Good product knowledge
