- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
- Enable and Ensure PICOS execution.
- Design standards for PICOS in Key Accounts
- PICOS execution
- activation plan (Materials and manpower)
- Set activation Procedures and measurements.
- Initiate and develop programs.
- Design strategic and tactical program to support sales
- Develop Key Account 3-year plan
- Set activation procedure and measurements.
- Liaison with Marketing & Trade marketing to build brands in the channel.
- Brand activation and promotions in line with calendar
- Create unique visibility concept that fits every brand in accordance with the channel standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
- Deliver on Business Objective:
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and address concerns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
To contribute with the implementation of our mission and vision 2025, Sales Rep must execute at point of sale: Consistent visits, ensure product availability of our portfolio, control price compliance, reinforce the quality of our products and increase brand visibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
4+ years in Trade Marketing or the commercial function
Preferably a deep knowledge and understanding of channel management, RTC and Customer understanding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
