- Represent PBNA's full portfolio of brands with assigned retail customers
- Deliver annual volume, trade spend and profit plan.
- On-going analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution
- Maintenance of Financial Event Planner TPM (Trade Promotion Management) and leveraging Excel modeling to assess financials, valuation & alternate scenarios
- Develop annual promotion plan while adhering to guidelines and ensure flawless execution through consistent customer engagement
- Make regular Field/DM/RD calls, identify customer needs/priorities and creating fact-based selling presentations for assigned retail accounts
- Work closely with field retail team to ensure strong communication and execution of programs.
- Ability to travel 40%+ of the time
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of fact-based selling experience
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing large multi-level teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

The Key Account Manager (KAM) for Retail Sales role contributes to Pepsi Beverages United States (PBUS) success by executing a selling strategy in the assigned retail account portfolio. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships that deliver against internal operating plans while successfully delivering against the customer's expectations. The KAM must develop strategic account plans in order to create sales proposals yielding profitable account development and growth. Further, this person must prepare and conduct internal presentations to ensure senior management alignment on plans and strategies.This position supports the Publix business within the East Florida market, and the candidate must be based out of a South Florida location (Coral Springs, Riviera Beach, or Miami preferred).
