- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners to understand their needs, objectives, and strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular business reviews with OEM partners to ensure alignment and identify opportunities for growth.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within existing OEM partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Product Integration and Support:
- Work closely with OEM partners to ensure the successful integration of our product and service offerings into their product lines.
- Provide support and training to OEM partners to enhance their understanding and usage of our products.
- Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to ensure our products meet OEM partners' specifications and requirements.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive best business outcomes.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for account growth and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare, medical device industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets and managing large, strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex medical device products.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Overview
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with OEM partners. The role involves expanding revenue growth and ensuring the successful integration and performance of our service and product solutions within the OEM partners' product offerings. The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact for OEM partners, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships.
