      Your role at Clorox:

      ¿Tienes experiencia liderando la relación comercial con Walmart y te apasiona desarrollar estrategias integrales con impacto directo en ventas, rentabilidad y ejecución en punto de venta?

      Buscamos un KAM Senior con visión estratégica, liderazgo comercial y enfoque en resultados, que quiera ser protagonista en el desarrollo de una de las cuentas más importantes del negocio.

      In this role, you will:

      • Ser el principal responsable de la relación comercial con Walmart, Walmart Express y Bodega Aurrera, negociando planes anuales y condiciones estratégicas.

      • Desarrollar y ejecutar el Joint Business Plan en colaboración con Trade Marketing, Finanzas y S&OP.

      • Analizar información interna (facturación) y externa (paneles de mercado, datos de cliente) para identificar oportunidades comerciales.

      • Monitorear e implementar las estrategias AMPS (Surtido, Merchandising, Pricing y Shelving) en punto de venta.

      • Liderar el ciclo completo de ventas: recepción de órdenes, entrega, cobranza y ejecución en PDV.

      • Gestionar correctamente el presupuesto de inversión comercial en plataformas como Promax, asegurando pagos, cierres y cumplimiento de políticas internas.

      • Participar activamente en el proceso de ventas y operaciones (S&OP) para generar proyecciones de ventas precisas.

      • Responsable directo de la rentabilidad del cliente (Profit to Serve).

      What we look for:

      • 5+ años como Key Account Manager y haber gestionado Walmart.

      • Conocimiento sólido de trade marketing, procesos de venta, forecast y gestión de indicadores financieros.

      • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, análisis y trabajo colaborativo.

      • Capacidad de liderazgo multifuncional e influencia transversal.

      • Estudios Universitarios en Marketing, Administración o experiencia equivalente.
