      Key Account Manager – this is what you’ll do
      As our Key Account Manager will be part of a team of 7 people whose goal is to create profitable growth with the highest possible customer satisfaction. This position is located in Stockholm, but your area of responsibility will have a wider geographical spread. Your main task is to take proactive and individual initiatives, either independently or in collaboration with our dealers, to create business opportunities among both new and established corporate clients.

      You will work with our wide range of cars alongside our software offerings such as financing, insurance, service agreements and mobility rental solutions. Our customers are dependent on our understanding of their business and their need for company cars. Together with our nationwide dealer network, your knowledge, experience and confidence-building approach will make customers feel safe with Volvo by always seeking the best possible solution for their long-term employee and mobility needs.

      The role also includes
      • Responsibility for several Volvo dealers and ensuring that they locally drive company sales in a professional, dedicated and accurate manner.
      • Prospecting, analyzing and visiting existing and new customers directly or together with your Volvo dealers.
      • Actively contribute to contract to sign and that it is done in a business-like, profitable and value-developed way.
      • Actively contribute to achieving set goals

      You are a strong relationship builder, has a customer focus, are business-oriented, and are passionate about taking Volvo Cars into the future. You are ambitious with a clear business approach and the ability to balance strategic challenges with daily operational work. We are in a transformation where your skills to be able to navigate in a moving environment and act if needed are highly appreciated.

      Since this position is located in Stockholm but your area of responsibility has a wide geographical spread you have to be able to go on business trips and overnight stays.

      Qualifications;

      • You have a university degree in academic qualification or equivalent experience
      • You are fluent in both Swedish and English (Written and spoken)
      • At least 5 years of experience and documented negotiation and sales experience from similar tasks
      • Experience working business to business
      • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
      • Ability to travel
      • Experience in the automotive industry or qualified service sales is a merit
