      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our culinary team. The Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained.

      Role & Responsibilities

      ·Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.

      ·Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.

      ·Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

      ·Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques, recipes, and safety procedures.

      ·Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food, equipment, and kitchen facilities.

      ·Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, delegating tasks and prioritizing responsibilities as needed.

      ·Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development among kitchen staff.

      ·Stay current with industry trends, culinary innovations, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.

      Requirements & Physical Demands

      ·Culinary degree or equivalent culinary education preferred.

      ·Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

      ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

      ·Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.

      ·Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

      ·Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

      ·Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
