      Overview

      A private family on the Upper East Side is seeking a top-tier house manager to join their team. The general work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40-50 hours per week, but this position requires a 24/7 mentality and flexibility. The role can be live-in or live-out.

      Responsibilities

      • Job duties will include all aspects of household management, such as hiring and overseeing household staff and some executive housekeeper responsibilities
      • Overseeing a 16,000 square foot town house
      • Managing projects and large parties
      • Coordinating staff schedules and security
      • Setting up a house manual and systems, household inventory, and more
      • Ability to go to the Hampton's from time to time
      • The scope of responsibilities is broad, and will evolve as the family's needs change

      Requirements

      • 5+ years in a similar role
      • COVID vaccination required
      • Valid drivers license

      Salary and Benefits

      • $120-$150k
