NC Planning is a client-centered law firm dedicated to estate planning, elder law, guardianship, estate administration, and business planning. We guide families and individuals through pivotal life moments with clarity, compassion, and trusted legal solutions across North Carolina. As our firm grows, we're excited to welcome two Intake Specialists to our team (Fully Remote). The position schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

As an Intake Specialist at NC Planning, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients-offering reassurance, listening deeply to their stories, and ensuring they feel supported from their first interaction. Whether you're helping someone plan for the future or assisting a family in the midst of loss, your warmth and expertise will set the tone for their experience with us.
