      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in any major, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field
      - Experience providing customer service in an office setting
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
      - Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consumer/student loan accounts
      - Familiarity with alternative student loan programs
      - Previous experience in a government or public service role
      - Strong analytical skills with a background in data reporting
