What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to assist constituents with student loan inquiries
- Conduct research and analyze data related to student loan programs and policies
- Prepare reports and documentation based on gathered information and findings
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support for new technical solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in any major, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Experience providing customer service in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with consumer/student loan accounts
- Familiarity with alternative student loan programs
- Previous experience in a government or public service role
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data reporting
