      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design, development, execution, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports
      - Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics align with organizational priorities
      - Serve as a strategic business partner, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
      - Offer mentorship and technical expertise to colleagues across the organization
      - Manage projects efficiently from inception to successful completion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
      - 7 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses
      - 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims and clinical data
      - 5 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
      - 5 years of experience providing analytical consultation to diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
