      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead service functions to support sales teams with the preparation of materials, proposals, and client data
      - Oversee processes to maintain data and respond to inquiries, delivering solutions to support sales teams
      - Manage progress during the entire lifecycle of cases and take lead on complex department projects
      - Train and review work products of new or entry-level associates
      - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of various insurance products and their features

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of overall experience
      - At least 2 years of experience with retirement plans
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Demonstrated ability to perform administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce reporting
      - Familiarity with TPA (Third Party Administrator) strategies and communications
