What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline operations for the Customer Success team
- Maximize the value of technology tools, specifically Gainsight, to facilitate automation and AI-driven workflows
- Lead technical implementation projects by gathering business requirements and executing changes through structured methodologies
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure adherence to standardized processes and maintain data integrity
- Partner with leadership to assess operational capabilities and develop strategies that support growth and effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years in Operations for Customer Success or Customer Experience, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to convey business needs and data insights effectively
- Well-organized with strong project management and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in geographically dispersed teams
- Proficiency in leveraging technology (ideally Gainsight or similar) to enhance customer management
- Experience in re-engineering processes through automation and AI to drive efficiency
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Personable, agile, adaptable, and flexible mindset
