What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls and provide empathetic customer service, following phone scripts to schedule appointments
- Respond to customer emails and manage communication regarding service appointments
- Schedule in-home and commercial service appointments with trained Appliance Repair Technicians
- Order and receive parts to ensure efficient use of company materials
- Train and coach other remote customer service representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Greater than 10 years of customer service experience
- Strong telephone communication skills and reliable internet connection
- Expert computer and data entry skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to lead a small team of remote customer service representatives; previous office manager experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience of four years or more in an office environment
