What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide leadership to analysts in building and implementing advanced analytics solutions
- Design methods of exploratory analysis and derive insights from various data sources
- Guide teams in identifying correlations and causations across data sets
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to drive action
- Monitor production reports, dashboards, and analytics processes for service recovery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Masters or PhD Degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, computer science, physics, economics, engineering, statistics, operations research, etc.)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare data analyst role
- Proven working experience as a Lead Data Analyst
- Expert-level skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, visualization, and data mining tools such as R and Python
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agentic AI or agents
- Experience in leading teams on data querying, visualization, dashboarding, and scorecard tools
- Familiarity with Epic EHR
- Direct experience with healthcare data and electronic health records
- Exposure to open-source or publicly available healthcare data sets
