What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to conduct end-to-end analyses and deliver presentations to leadership
- Establish and maintain performance tracking, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing tests to enhance strategies
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate project progress to management and business partners
- Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights at scale

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations
