What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee greenfield, brownfield, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, generators, and control systems
- Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to identify and resolve complex electrical issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain comprehensive records of electrical maintenance activities and performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment
- Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices related to power plant electrical operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
