      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and negotiate complex contract and teaming agreement terms and conditions while providing risk mitigation recommendations
      - Collaborate with Project Teams, Business Development, and Finance to ensure compliant proposal development
      - Lead contract negotiations to minimize organizational risk
      - Manage order entry of incoming contract documents into the designated ERP system
      - Maintain records and generate reports to support audits and manage contract-related data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of business experience, or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of business experience
      - Outstanding written and oral communication skills to interact effectively within a matrix organization
      - Ability to review contractual documents for sufficiency and risk
      - Familiarity with U.S. Government and commercial contracts; U.S. citizenship required
      - Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and CAS regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Department of Energy and/or National Labs
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to review cost and pricing details
      - Prior use of ERP systems, particularly Oracle project accounting
      - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Experience in government property administration
