      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on coaching to leaders, enhancing their FP&A acumen for real-time decision-making
      - Communicate financial insights effectively through visuals and storytelling to drive alignment
      - Assess and anticipate the financial needs of decision-makers, building close partnerships with executives
      - Support executive decision-makers with in-depth analysis and monitoring of performance indicators
      - Equip leaders with decision support tools and dashboards that promote evidence-based decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably at a mid-to-large organization, with a foundation in Accounting
      - Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, with a strong understanding of P&L and balance sheet
      - Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills to convey financial insights to decision-makers
      - Proficiency in digital technologies and advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and DAX formulas
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or accounting; Master's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PowerBI or similar Business Intelligence tools
      - Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
      - Skills in financial coaching and training for decision-makers in FP&A concepts
      - Ability to work effectively in a team using agile principles for continuous improvement
      - Strong problem-solving abilities to challenge assumptions and identify root causes
