What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain complex, driver-based financial models for forecasting and planning
- Translate market insights and performance trends into actionable financial insights
- Support capital budgeting processes and financial evaluations of business cases
- Streamline workflows and improve forecasting efficiency through automation
- Create intuitive visualizations and reporting for stakeholders to understand key trends and outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably with early career accounting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex financial and operational models
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PowerQuery and PowerPivot
- Familiarity with ERP and business intelligence tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, or PowerBI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting capital planning and investment analysis
- Ability to translate large volumes of data into clear, decision-ready insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts
