What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data on volume, utilization, cost, clinical quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Create standard and custom reports using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver data insights
- Query data warehouses to fulfill ad hoc and custom data requests related to clinic operations
- Develop predictive models and dashboards to enhance data interpretation and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to interpret trends and drive performance improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 7+ years of related experience in healthcare or data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Experience with SQL and enterprise data warehouse systems
- Knowledge of population health management and advanced primary care models
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake and Athena EMR
- Background in health insurance or population health management
- Familiarity with data storytelling and visual data representation techniques
