What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support by developing reports and dashboards to monitor program and operational performance
- Promote self-service analytics for customer adoption and understanding of data
- Oversee project work from inception to delivery, mentoring junior analysts
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and maintain data accuracy through data quality and stewardship functions
- Utilize analytic skills to offer data-driven conclusions and recommendations to business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Tableau
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and consultative engagement skills

- Experience in statistics, population management, and financial analysis
