What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data on volume, utilization, cost, clinical quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
- Create standard and custom reports using Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver clear, visual data insights
- Query data warehouses for ad hoc and custom data requests related to clinic operations and ROI
- Develop and refine predictive models, dashboards, and other analytics products
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to interpret trends and drive performance improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a related healthcare or data analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake
- Prior experience in direct/advanced primary care model or population health management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Athena EMR
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise data warehouses
