What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, translating business requirements into effective system and process solutions
- Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of logistics and trade system requests to align with strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional projects using structured methodologies from initiation through execution and sustainment
- Develop and govern Statements of Work (SOWs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process and system implementations
- Support change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, global trade, or supply chain (10+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
- Strong skills in scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cross-functional understanding of Project and Services operations and KPIs
- Wing-to-wing knowledge of logistics processes and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with global teams and a demonstrated global mindset
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
