What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive supply chain readiness for assigned commodities and suppliers, ensuring alignment with customer demand
- Develop structured action plans to alleviate constraints in partnership with internal teams and suppliers
- Engage regularly with commodity leadership and stakeholders to report readiness status and drive decisions
- Create and document standard work for readiness processes to ensure repeatability and sustainability
- Support engine program readiness assessments and recommend best practices for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
- Willingness and ability to travel 15-20%, with potential surges up to 50%
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to prioritize strategically and deliver results
