      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor the team, providing training and guidance to achieve service goals.
      - Respond to and resolve escalated customer concerns, enhancing the member experience.
      - Dispatch service requests and prioritize based on safety and urgency.
      - Monitor daily activities and ensure efficient use of resources.
      - Process membership sales, renewals, and assist with travel and insurance inquiries.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent.
      - Previous customer service, call center/dispatch, and supervisory experience preferred.
      - Superior active listening skills and the ability to interpret and process verbal information effectively.
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
      - Technical aptitude with the capability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a supervisory role within a customer service or call center environment.
      - Familiarity with roadside assistance processes and services.
      - Experience in handling travel agency requests and insurance inquiries.
