      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and support the team by providing guidance and assisting with training of new team members

      - Monitor daily activity and update metric reports, ensuring accurate transaction records
      - Oversee call queues and alert supervisors when service levels drop
      - Dispatch roadside service requests and manage the entire roadside assistance process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A high school diploma or equivalent
      - Previous experience in customer service, call center/dispatch, or supervisory roles
      - Strong listening skills to interpret information and ask relevant questions
      - Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changes
      - Proficient communication skills across phone, email, and live chat
