      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a liaison between company attorneys, employees in finance and the People Team, and outside counsel
      - Maintain corporate records for the employer's subsidiaries and equity compensation program
      - Assist with periodic reporting and licensing requirements for the employer's subsidiaries
      - Monitor and track the employer's corporate calendar to ensure compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements
      - Compile, proofread, edit, and organize board and shareholder minutes, organizational documents, and related documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification plus at least three years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in Google products (G-drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets), Acrobat, and DocuSign

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with a corporate entity management platform
      - Massachusetts Notary Public certification
