      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and mentor a small team of project control analysts while refining policies and processes
      - Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, monitoring costs and conducting variance analysis
      - Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
      - Provide project financial reports and support to project/program managers
      - Analyze risks related to subcontracting limitations and communicate timekeeping practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience as a project control analyst for federal contracts
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in a team lead or management role
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders
      - Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Unanet GovCon software or similar project-based accounting system
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, or a business-related field
