What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Provide oversight to project costs and schedules, ensuring adherence to budget
- Lead and manage site construction management and commissioning staff
- Conduct thorough risk assessments at all stages of the project and develop contingency plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of construction industry experience with a focus on full construction experience
- Experience with combustion cycle projects and EPC and GC contract models
- 15+ years in progressive leadership roles, supervising construction teams and managing clients
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly across multiple stakeholders
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification and the ability to travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in establishing and effectively using project controls tools for large construction projects
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and health guidelines for large industrial construction job sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Construction labor knowledge and labor planning experience
- Experience in determining staff positions and conducting interviews
