What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project schedules for large-scale construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant data and input for scheduling purposes
- Implement project controls processes and tools to ensure effective project management
- Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Generate and present project progress reports to leadership and clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in project scheduling
- Strong background in project controls, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Nuclear construction experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a strategic mindset to identify and address potential scheduling challenges
