      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead complex quality improvement projects from concept to completion
      - Mentor and guide Quality Improvement Advisors and Associates
      - Analyze clinical and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
      - Develop and present performance reports to leadership and stakeholders
      - Ensure compliance with HEDIS, Stars, CMS MIPS, and other clinical measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - 7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or clinical analytics
      - Active (current and unrestricted) RN license to practice in Louisiana
      - Strong leadership and project management skills
      - Advanced data analysis and reporting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Four years of related experience can be used in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
      - Strong communication and mentoring abilities
      - Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and metrics
      - Experience in leading cross-functional teams
      - Must be able to travel in a personal vehicle statewide with some late-night returns and/or overnight stays
