What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the Product/Engineering team and operational stakeholders
- Translate technical information into understandable terms for various stakeholders
- Write and refine epics and user stories related to product features and enhancements
- Manage internal communication and facilitate issue resolution in a timely manner
- Conduct user acceptance testing for new features or enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases and writing scripts as necessary
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
- Eagerness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement in product management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product management or a related field
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and practices
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices
- Ability to create and maintain documentation and repositories effectively
- Experience in facilitating user acceptance testing
