      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the end-to-end field training lifecycle: assess needs, design curricula, develop materials, deliver training, and evaluate effectiveness
      - Deliver product, system, process, safety, and quality training to field employees and customers, ensuring content accuracy and compliance
      - Provide ongoing post-training support and coaching to drive consistent field service execution
      - Manage training operations, including staffing, instructor readiness, scheduling, and resource allocation
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate updates and best practices into training programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Services and/or Training functions
      - Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technical training for field services or closely related technical environments
      - Proficiency in interpreting technical data and translating complex concepts into practical training
      - Experience managing training operations and coordinating across functions
      - Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
      - Established project management skills, including schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
      - Experience mentoring and developing instructional staff or technical trainers
      - Familiarity with learning evaluation frameworks and training KPIs
      - Experience with LMS or digital learning tools
