      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical advice and guidance on the operation, maintenance, and repair of F110-GE-110 and F110-GE-129 engines for the F-16 platform
      - Deliver on-the-job training to maintenance personnel on various maintenance and repair techniques
      - Collect, analyze, and report field data to support safety and reliability initiatives
      - Serve as a liaison to customers regarding field issues and maintenance planning
      - Operate independently while managing workload, travel, and budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university OR a High School Diploma/GED with significant experience in a field service/maintenance position
      - Significant experience in a field service or maintenance position supporting military and/or commercial engine programs
      - Experience with F110 engines
      - Previous experience in Customer Service Management
      - U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
