      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and document process automations that adhere to a well-architected automation framework
      - Collaborate with key business stakeholders to translate process automation needs into technical solutions
      - Create and maintain automation architecture documentation, including architectural diagrams and runbooks
      - Manage and maintain the automation environment, including robots and associated platform technologies
      - Conduct automation code reviews to ensure adherence to governance and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing complex workflows in UiPath
      - Experience in integrating UiPath solutions with external systems using APIs and databases
      - 3+ years of experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Windows 10/11 and Office 365
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience translating human processes into automation processes
      - Solid knowledge of Agile Methodology and experience working in a Scrum team setting
      - Proficient understanding of low code/no code technologies such as QuickBase
      - Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops technology, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and GIT repositories
