What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the organization's security governance program and participate in Cyber-led projects to develop governance processes
- Maintain effective communication with business partners to integrate feedback into cyber governance processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and guidelines in alignment with industry frameworks
- Serve as the point of contact for internal audits, certifications, and compliance initiatives related to policy and governance
- Conduct technical assessments of configurations to ensure security effectiveness and monitor regulatory changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in information security, governance, risk, or compliance roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in engaging corporate executives
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate it into governance mandates
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions within the media and entertainment industry
- Experience with enterprise technologies such as Active Directory/Azure AD and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with GRC platforms like OneTrust or ServiceNow GRC
- Industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP are a plus
