What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large CRM migrations ensuring successful configurations, customizations, and data migrations
- Drive development in Salesforce/Veeva CRM to build and configure features
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to plan and schedule releases
- Support development teams in automating build, test, and deployment processes
- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation on software architecture and design
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree; OR
- Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field; OR
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field; OR
- High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce CRM Developer
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and experience with MuleSoft or Databricks integrations
- Experience with Veeva CRM and large CRM migration projects
- Proficient in Apex, Java SDK, and other programming languages
- Salesforce Developer 2 certification
