What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage analytics and performance tracking for web and digital elements across the enterprise
- Design user-friendly, interactive dashboards to support strategic decision-making and measure campaign performance
- Collaborate with data engineers and web developers to maintain data pipelines and system integrations
- Define and document consistent analytics and tracking across digital platforms in compliance with regulations and best practices
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to lower-level web staff and oversee consultants and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in web analytics, data integration, or digital marketing operations
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Expert knowledge in dashboard and visualization tools, scripting languages, and cloud data platforms
- Strong collaborative communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher-education marketing or analytics
- Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or related analytics/data-integration certification upon hire
