      KONE has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Business Partner.

      As a Learning & Development Business Partner, your mission is to enhance the journey of our employees, from onboarding, induction to ongoing competence development, and to help the businesses by developing, facilitating and deploying training programs.

      You will work closely with the Stakeholders to assess the needs of the business, implement training plans, and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of our operatives, sales teams and leaders in France, Belgium and Luxembourg (FBL) to be successful now and, in the years to come.

      In this role you will be part of the Learning & Development Center of Expertise, this means you can count on the know-how from the local L&D team and take advantage of the expertise and support from the global teams.

      You will report to the Senior Learning & Development manager and be part of the local People & Communications team in dotted line.

      To be successful in this role, most of the following items should energize you:

      • Business Partnering: working with regional management and senior Leadership team of France, Belgium and Luxembourg to understand what the Development needs are and finetune the L&D strategy and annual training plan accordingly (Related to: Sales, Technical, Leadership & C hange management etc... )

      • Facilitate workshops and d eliver training & coaching to Operatives , Staff and M anagement teams

      • Tak e care of the day-to-day L&D activities together with HR services.
        (Responding to employee questions, planning training sessions, making sure things like lunches for training are ordered, translations , reporting …)

      • Develop and maintain the Learning & Development SharePoint site and L&D related communications

      • You take part in Europe and Global L&D meetings and occasionally pilot new global projects in your area

      • Drive managers and team leaders in obtaining all legal required certifications together with the safety department

      • Work with the local unions and support with the local legal requirements and reporting

      • Engage the network of trainers, safety trainers, field coaches…

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Excellent level of French and English, Dutch is a very strong plus

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree that has given you insights in people development

      • Legal regulations and union knowledge related to learning for Belgium or France

      • Networking guru: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization

      • Experience in facilitating workshops, delivering training and coaching

      • Innovative and digitally savvy, experience with Workday Learning is a plus

      • Good prioritization skills

      Location: Brussels, Belgium or Trappes, France
