      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning solutions with departmental and organizational objectives
      - Design and develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led courses and e-learning modules
      - Facilitate training sessions using diverse delivery methods such as classroom instruction and virtual learning
      - Provide individualized coaching and feedback to learners to support knowledge retention and skill application
      - Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Healthcare and revenue cycle experience required
      - 3-5 years of experience in designing curriculum for operational workflows and soft skills
      - 1-3 years of coaching/one-on-one training experience required
      - Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience analyzing data to identify trends
      - Experience delivering training in a classroom environment
      - Passion for adult learning and commitment to fostering a respectful and growth-oriented learning culture
      - Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and change management principles
