      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees in various roles
      - Develop training modules on sourcing techniques, interview best practices, and recruiting technologies
      - Assess skill gaps and training needs across recruiting teams
      - Manage the training calendar and communicate opportunities across the organization
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in physician recruitment, talent acquisition, or learning & development
      - Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle management
      - Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills
      - Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with virtual training delivery
      - Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and trends
      - Background in healthcare recruitment or related fields
      - Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics in recruitment
