What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to Client Legal Services attorneys, including data entry for pleadings and motions
- Manage calendars, schedule hearings and depositions, and maintain case management files
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding case-related activities
- Monitor compliance with the Litigation Management System (Team Connect)
- Handle confidential information and perform tasks accurately and timely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting preferred
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and workflows
- Proficiency with technology and understanding of Florida civil procedure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a legal administrative role
- Familiarity with legal document preparation and litigation processes
- Strong attention to detail and issue management abilities
- Experience with client relationship building
