      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage scheduling for meetings and handle general legal department communications
      - Organize, upload, and maintain electronic and paper legal files and folders
      - Assist with budgeting tasks and tracking legal department expenses
      - Liaise with corporate services to manage corporate accounts and ensure timely corporate filings
      - Support production and delivery of documents in response to subpoenas and legal holds

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in a legal administrative, legal operations, or corporate support role
      - Familiarity with legal documents, corporate filings, and compliance processes
      - Proficient in tools such as DocuSign, Jira, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent organizational and document management skills with strong attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in an in-house legal department, corporate setting, or law firm
      - Basic knowledge of budgeting tools or invoice processing platforms
      - Notary certification is a plus
      - Ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors
