      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Open new cases and verify case data for accurate docketing of legal documents and court dates
      - Act as agency liaison with the court clerk's office and retrieve court dockets for cases
      - Provide backup services to legal assistants and supervisors for various projects
      - Process routine correspondence and handle photocopying and scanning of documents
      - Assist with file management and provide backup to receptionists as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent and two years of clerical experience, including six months in a legal office environment; or
      - One year of legal office experience; or
      - A combination of two years of college education and/or relevant experience; or
      - A two-year degree in Legal Secretary Studies, Paralegal studies, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a fast-paced and litigation-intensive legal environment
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Familiarity with case management systems and legal document processing
