What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and support student staff at End User Computing service desks
- Coordinate scheduling, handle time-off requests, and manage coverage issues
- Train and mentor student staff, facilitating their professional growth
- Act as a point of escalation for student inquiries and assist in outage situations
- Participate in policy discussions and suggest improvements to enhance EUC services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving ability or interest in problem-solving
- Working knowledge of commonly used technology
- Experience in customer service and ability to work within a team
- Ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with standard desktop hardware and software
- Experience in technology troubleshooting and support
- Interest or experience in library technologies
- Prior experience in management, supervision, or leadership roles
