      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and troubleshooting for library technology
      - Assist with the resolution of problems at the help desk
      - Process circulation of technology items and orders for poster prints
      - Deliver courteous customer service to library staff and patrons
      - Collaborate with other student staff to complete tasks in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent customer service skills
      - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Interest in problem-solving and experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
      - Working knowledge of Apple macOS and Microsoft Windows operating systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of computer support experience
      - Familiarity with standard desktop hardware and software
      - Familiarity with computer networking
      - Familiarity with library technologies
      - Ability to lift computing equipment
      - Ability to drive a UW-owned vehicle
