What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients from the existing portfolio
- Process mortgage applications for qualified clients and communicate expectations clearly
- Qualify clients for new mortgage loans using automated underwriting systems
- Collect necessary information and documents to initiate processing
- Ensure adherence to regulatory mortgage compliance guidelines and provide excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or military experience equivalent
- Must live within 75 miles of a PHH/Onity location (Dallas, West Palm Beach, Mount Laurel preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of Loan Officer experience within a call center or consultative sales environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing across multiple states
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or phone sales environment
- Ability to type more than 40 words per minute
- Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness to client issues
- Experience with multiple software applications simultaneously
- Willingness to work shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, including rotational Saturdays
