      Description

      We're looking for motivated Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team and help families find the right coverage. You'll work company-provided leads on an automated speed dialer no cold prospecting or buying your own leads guiding prospects through their options across multiple top-rated carriers and earning commission on every policy you place. This is a high-volume, phone-based role with hands-on training and licensing support, so whether you're already licensed or ready to get there, we'll set you up to succeed.       Responsibilities
      • Work a high volume of free, company-provided leads daily using the speed dialer
      • Connect with prospects quickly, build rapport, and conduct needs assessments over the phone
      • Present and explain life insurance options across multiple carriers (term, whole, final expense, etc.) in clear, honest terms
      • Recommend appropriate coverage and quote policies that fit each client's needs and budget
      • Guide prospects through the application process and submit complete, accurate applications
      • Follow up through underwriting to ensure policies are issued, accepted, and paid - reducing not-taken and lapsed business
      • Maintain accurate records of all calls and activity in the CRM/dialer
      • Stay compliant with carrier guidelines and state insurance regulations on every call
      • Meet weekly activity and monthly production targets
      • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching

      Qualifications
      • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
      • Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one (licensing support provided)
      • Strong verbal communication and people skills
      • Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission-based role
      • Reliable computer and internet (if the role is remote)
      • Prior sales experience - insurance ideal, but any phone, retail, or B2C sales counts
      • Must be based in the US
